Sports & Talents

From football pitches to performance stages, we identify, nurture and train young athletes, artists, comedians and creatives — building discipline, confidence and real pathways to opportunity.

Why this program exists

Sports and creative talents play a critical role in the holistic development of young people — building physical well-being, teamwork, discipline and self-confidence. Yet many youth in our community lack the equipment, facilities, coaching and mentorship to develop what they're naturally good at.

KEYSA provides that platform. We organise structured training in football, volleyball and athletics with professional coaches, and run music, drama and art workshops with local artists and instructors. Talent competitions, performances and exhibitions give young people the stage to be seen — by their community, and by scouts, sponsors and professional networks.

We deliberately design for inclusivity: girls participate equally in every discipline, challenging cultural norms that too often keep them on the sidelines.
