Program · Skills for the digital economy
Technology & Digital Skills
We train young people in tech-related courses and follow through with direct employment opportunities — empowering youth to earn and thrive in the digital economy.
Why this program exists
The digital economy is creating opportunities that don't depend on where you were born — but only for those with the skills to seize them. KEYSA offers training in a range of tech-related courses, from digital literacy foundations upwards.
What makes our approach different is the follow-through: training is paired with direct employment opportunities, so skills translate into income. For rural youth in Kakamega County, that link between learning and earning is what turns a course certificate into a changed life.
